Missing language strings after install

Man my english sucks, because I'm latin, but please try to understand what I try to say

I did everything like you said in my forum, but this happen



the link forum and the tinyportal menu didn't apear

Did I made something bad

So the only thing that it's missing is the language pack

I only find de language pack for the 0.95 and nothing changes.

I do this when I install
I upload the files of the manual instalation
then I upload your pack
and finally I run the manual install.php

It missing something?
