Im having troubles using these mods; board notes, reason for editing and smf gallery with tiny portal themes. I tried aero, blackted and blur blur but still doesnt work. Although the default themes works 100% but i really like TP. Should i edit some templates?

You will have to ask the mod authors for custom theme modification instructions.
They should provide you with it and it wont be that hard to do at all.

First you should make sure you have the latest mods, the ones that are specifically compatible with your version of SMF.
If there are conflicts with TP, then yes, I'd say you'll most likely need to edit the template files. SMF mods aren't specifically designed to install with TP. TP is a SMF mod, like all other SMF mods, in that sense. So, conflicts can occur.
Not only that, but SMF mods, like TP, are designed to be installed on the default theme. So, conflicts can easily happen.
As Aku said, first contact the mod author(s) and/or search the mod section of SMF to see what the mod does and to find help.
