What does this mean:

Im not sure, but line one is the php start tag in all files, have you made any changes to that file ?

No and all it shows is <?php  on the first line of that template

This is from the default theme ? try and upload a new TPortal.template.php (rename the one you have there so you have it as backup) and see if it helps

I tried that and I still get the same thing.

I"m getting this several times a day (75 pages of errors ugh)

Undefined offset: 382
File: /home/xxxxxx/public_html/topsupplementshops/Themes/default/TPortal.template.php

I read this could be from adding a button manually or someting like that on another post answer from Ichbin but was kinda vague.  Should this be where to start looking?
