Print Page - Center blocks positions

Is there any way to force "center blocks" to go on the bottom of page (IE below frontpage articles/newsboard posts etc)?

I have poked around a bit, but cant seem to find a way to force this behavior :(

not in this version of TP

but it is being worked on for future releases

for now ull just have to modify the index.template.php and add whatever you want manually
