In the board.index it is only 1.0.0 RC1

I also can't find where to add a logo or html code to the header any more???

the version number is nothing to worry about, just me who hasn't updated the "number". the needed changes from rc1 to v1.0.1 is there.
No, the option of logo is removed from the portal version of Helios, because there will be a "top block" in it soon that serve the same purpose.
