Is it possible to port something like this into TP?

It certainly is possible. Not an easy thing though. Also depends on what your idea of "port" is. Having it use the SMF member base would require quite a lot of changes to make it work. Not something too many people around here are capable of though.
It looks like a stand alone script. It would probably not be that hard to get it to "appear" in TP. But to integrate it with permissions and everything with SMF/TP is quite a task. Probably not something that is worth anyones time around here.
i think more to appear in TP, i know it would be a mission to convert so one login etc.

It use another table where the user choose another pseudo (whith the same ID_MEMBER of the forum)
