My 1st snippet!
TP Quiz/Survey
DEMO (http://www.my-yardsale.com/quiz.html)
Add a Center/frontpage block
copy all code from the attatched txt and paste into the body of block.
Code is commented and very easy to customize.
onclick-submit will show results in a popup window
Have fun! ;)

What would be even better would be a way to show what members have scored. Keep everything in a database.

A new version Quiz/poll/survey
Self validating javascript/html.
No php mysql (yet)

Very easy to customize and useful in right/left blocks

2 versions instructions included
1. emmbeded javascript, pollquiz.zip for use with TP
2. serverside script, pollquiz2.zip

Its still basically a quiz block..can it be converted into a poll block with replies stored in the db.

This is probably one of the things that got lost during move from one host to another.
The attachments to a lot of posts got lost during the move.

Oh damn... I was looking for a quiz code... I just wanted a simple code which displays 30 questions with 3 possible answers for each and just displays how many of the 30 are correct. Maybe anybody has this script still...

This looks kinda cool. Would it be possible to get the answers to generate a response depending on how you scored?
