Title: Placing stuff for front page only

Is there anyway to place articles just for the front page. Im putting stuff on front page and when I click forum, the page is packed with front page and forum stuff. Any suggestions?

in your TPAdmin goto General Settings and tick "Only articles" where it says
"What to show on frontpage".
