As discussed HERE (http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?topic=18250.0) over at SMF forums, phpinfo.php file will show your php server info when you run the file.

I have attached the file here to save you some time if you wish to use it. Just upload it to your SMF root directory and run it by going it to it's URL.

I have attached a example screenshot.
