Anyone know how I can get rid of the login box. I have two on the frontpage and would like to just have one.
do a search for "login block"...
gees! just a thought, how about you take a little responsibility yourself to find your own answers... or would you like us to build a site for you, host it and fill it with content too!

SMF is the base you are using for Tinyportal mod. The questions you are asking us here is SMF related, not TP related.
And the little HELP button in the link bar ontop of your forum have a great and well made built in tutorial on how to use SMF forum :)
If you think we come on to you in a hard way, you might want to think about what we say. Easy questions, and 100 answers to them all if you just use the search as the posting guide here say to. I assume you have read the posting guide, so thats what we base our answers to some questions asked :)
That's what I mean, I don't even know where I am, SMF,HM, Tiny Portal, it's all the same to me until I am able to figure this out in a linerar way. Thanks for the feed back, now I think I may be able to focus up.
Yes you have two login boxes on the frontpage.
One in the block for TP, and one in the top bar for the default theme in SMF.
If you go to your Admin/tinyPortal/Blocks/manage blocks. look there what Block you have and what block that are activvated (the activated ones show a green circle)
When you see the "login block" turn that off by clicking the red circle and you should only ha the one in the top showing.
you can probably (depending on the theme) also switch off the userinfo at the top (which is the top login)
Now i will take my cup of tea,and some cookies and go to bed :)

There is two login's it's the one in the center of the page I wish to get rid of.
If you're using the default theme you simply go to Admin then under the Tiny portal section go to Settings, from there you select NO for "Show userinfo/news at the top". If that is not the one you are talking about the go to Admin then under Tiny portal go to Blocks find the Column named Title if USER is listed under that column follow it on that Row and turn it off. If that doesn't do it then it is something with the theme and/or other Mods and not Tiny portal.
