i get more as well but this board wont allow 20000+ characters lol
Do i need to create new db? or what do i do?

it seems that ur DB is not allowing access to create tables
this could be because the username and password u gave in settings o connect to the DB could be wrong
please check in the server settings of SMF that u have the correct settings there

You didn't change your server settings/login on SMF settings did you?
