i will to use a blocks in the center, but... i want to show only at the index, and... y want to show below the news in front page

how can i do it?

In TP settings, select "hide while browsing forum" for the center panel.

How can I do that the blocks of tinyportal do no appear in the modules?

I'm not sure what you mean.

Go to admin > TP admin > blocks & shoutbox > create a new center block. Select the type of block you want, put what you want in it and save. Then activate it by clicking the green circle.

I'm not sure if that option is available in .8.6. However, it will be in the next release coming soon.
