I installed the Blog module and I had a problem with Manage permissions. So, I went to get some support. While looking, I realized that the permissions graphic look a LOT different from the Permissions I seen on my forum. So, I went to my forum > Permissions and needless to say... there is no TinyPortal Permissions. So, I decided to see what happens if I try to uninstall the TinyPortal Package.
And it failed stated Test Failed on two areas:
./Themes/default/index.template.php
./Sources/ManagePermissions.php
So, what should I do? I decided that the best route would be to uninstall several packages (because some I'm having a major problem with) and restore a few and knock out the other packages (the useless ones). But I'm not sure if that's causing me to half-ass install TP, since I do recall it giving me that message.
What to do, what to do? ???
(The second reason why I'm reinstalling is because I need to update certain files and I forgot what's what. Shame on me, I know.)
While unistalling is not always susseccful, the standard procedure that might work better is to uninstall in reverse order, last installed first.
Try to uninstall Fel's Blog first, if the last added, and see how it goes.
