How do I create blocks that will appear below the forums?
Center blocks appear to be above the forums, and the frontpage blocks dont even show up on my site.....so how do I make some that will show below the forums?
Thanks in advance!

Is the option "Front page Blocks" ticked in your Tinyportal Frontpage Settings?
I dont see that? Is it under TinyPortal - General Settings?
yes.
Admin > Tinyportal > Settings >
at the top click "FRONT PAGE"
its not there... see:

ahhh your missing the menu at the top in that theme....
try this
index.php?action=tpadmin;sa=frontpage
cool, I cant seem to add or delete any articles either... is there a way to get to those?
just had a look at your site, that theme dosent seem to be TP Compatible, looks a bit messed up??,
you can download some free themes for 1.0.7 here:
http://www.tinyportal.net/smf/index.php?action=tpmod;dl=cat4
The Article Settings link is index.php?action=tpadmin;sa=articles
its the classic theme, I got the file from here:
http://www.tinyportal.net/smf/index.php?topic=2460.0
I figured a way to see all the admin stuff and still use that theme for users...
Do you know if there is a good way to display reference articles and links to other sites with reference articles with SMF and/or TP?
Thanks!

i would suggest u switch over to the default theme and u will see all the links appear
and also upgrade to a skin with all the menus or you will always have issues with missing menus
