Title: File Permission

When I am uploading TP it gave me error:
You can't set up theme, please check folder permissions.
(Note: it's translation Turkish to English.)
In Turkish:
Paketi yükleyemediniz, lütfen klasör izinlerini kontrol edin!

Don't say check permissions, I tried it but it didn't work.

So just to clarify you have the themes folder CHMODed to 777?

Who's the owner of the file? When you say it changed nothing are you saying that it changed to 777 and still gave you the same error?
