Title: Changing username doesn't affect frontpage articles
Post by: Tussa on July 16, 2006, 02:31:47 PM
Hi,

I'm currently setting up a TP+SMF test site and figured I'd play around a lot more than what I have in the past. I discovered this when I changed my visible forum name (not username) in the SMF profile -> Account Related Settings.

There's two articles and two forum posts featured on the frontpage, but only the forum posts shows the updated info (new author name). The two articles shows as posted by me under my old forum name.

This is fixed in the next version, that to have been coverd sinse yesterday in another post :)

And for the featured articles and posts, you can only have one featured article or post showing on the frontpage.
Featured = like first place sticky

Well, yes. I know you can only have one featured. But I have two showing. One featured and one that's in a category. Plus two forum posts.
