why my forum that just installed tp looks short ?

If you're talking about the middle section that is short, it's because you have it set to display a certain board in your forum which only has one thread. Creat more threads to use up your middle section on the front page.

another problem coming
when I collapse the recent block . the middle section is becoming short . why??

Same reason as before :)
You have to have som articles and posts to get it to show more content.
As right now, it shows what you have :)

This image is taken 2 weeks ago (midsummer party) thats why i have that flower ring on my head :)
