How do I create a link to open one of my artical pages from where ever such as in a post

when I have articals in the articals area where if you click them you go into the edit mode

I want to be able to create a link to those articals and put it in a post or on a new menu type page that lists all the articals

In the articles area, hover over the article you want (or click it) and u'll see something like this:
http://yoursite/forum/index.php?action=tpadmin;sa=editarticle14

now you know that the ID of this article is 14

so the page to the article will be this:
http://yoursite/forum/index.php?page=14
