Try the search or just look around in the help sections of TP
Or just play arround in the Admin panel and try out the settings.
We have made a lot of posts in here with what and how to use the TP and Articles :)

hello. please i'm waiting for your reply.. i'm still reading finding the guide for this but i cant..
just got to admin and under the tinyportal section, click articles or blocks.
3 posts in a row, with about an hour between the first and the last, weren't neccessary. patience is always key :)

i click the blocks but there no apeearing CREAT new block. :(
First thing you must do is SEARCH through the admin panel in your Tinyportal installation. Click on everything so you can see how it works.
Here is a couple of screen shots since it seems you can't see them.
no offense j4l4ni, i'm only curious and not at all trying to be rude or a smartass or anything, but do you have vision problems?
they seemed pretty easily visible to me.
