I recently ask koni if I could convert their GT-GI Theme over for TP use and also update it to RC2, they did reply but I do not understand what they say in this PM from SMF..can someone interpret this for me please?

I think it means the theme doesn't work like it's supposed to, but your welcome to try and get it working anyways.

Thats basically the way I read it as well. Think you got the green light Crip. But you will of course have to get the bugs fixed.

These problems are fixed already ;) - but just as their Pn-Pn Theme, it's really a task to convert for me anyway...
