Title: How To Disable Forum News

I was wondering if anyone could help me.   I am trying to disable the forum news part from showing on the main page.   I have a screenshot to show you what I mean.

go into your admin panel---> look for tinyportal on the left side---> and then go to blocks and look for News in the Center Block section
