Bloc updated to v.091 today, and itÂÃ,´s only TinyPortal that have that so far :)
0.91 is the version with the bug fixes from 0.9 that Bloc was using here until today.

i installed the current tp version on a test forum to see if it works with my current mods and it does!! :D

any rough idea of when/if tp V 0.9.1 will be made available to the rest of us?
My guess is that it still will be a long time before beta release.
Bloc is making progress on it, but he is very careful with that everything is clean and working.
Also there are still a lot of futures he haven't even started to put in to 0.91 for the Alpha testers.
Both Bloc and Feline is working on the next release

All around its great news, Im gonna begin work on an integrated gallery this week and after discussing it with bloc I already see ways to make it both stand alone with SMF and also incorporate certain features with TP. I will also be needing alpha testers at some point but the first version is gonna be the basics, board index integration, display, reply comments, admin, and modules as well as database. I'll start out with a very general setup and go from there so I'll keep yall posted on it as well.

;) yes he said he planned to do one. You dont mind if I do mine do ya lmao maybe I'll have something they would like to use and maybe they will have something Id like to use, basically going at it from two different perspectives to come up with maybe one kick butt setup.

Bloc is the one who decide who become an alpha tester, in my case i guess he asked me because im so currious in everything about this so i just have to test and brake things, but im allmost as happy anyway hahahaha.
And im patient with getting replyes on things that dont work as they should.

Let me clarfiy some thing sto help clear confusion and repeated questions.
Bloc hand picks his alpha testers(mostly php & theme gurus), and beta testing is open to everyone already here.
Alpha testers do not get to test every version of TP. Beta testers do not get to test every version that the alpha testers test.
For example: v0.9.1 is out, that does not mean the alpha team will get to test it. We may have to wait for 0.9.2. We alpha team tests 0.9.2, that does not mean the beta testers will get to test it. they may have to wait for a more stable version such as 0.9.3. These are just examples. It is soley up to Bloc...
More stable versions go to the beta team.

Patience is a virtue Alan. We'll get it when it's stable enough to go public.
The essential element of being a tester is to feed back to Bloc information about how it works and what the problems are. It shouldn't be seen as way of getting your hands on the latest version.
