Ok i got this error after a manual install of files and database changes

The database changes showed everything successful but got that error

replaced line 22 on tportal.php to smf_tp from tportal_ and cleared that error up but my forum still showing as 75 and Ive yet to get into whether or not the changes are clean or not.
