I'd like to know if I could take a theme from this site to make it available for another CMS application (like WordPress).
I wouldn't like to break any copyright rule.

I think you will need to contact each person(s) who holds the copyright to their respective theme(s). So, get the appropriate permission from the appropriate people and there shouldn't be a problem. :)

I believe Neptune is Bloc's theme, so I'd guess that you'd be free to port it, as long as the credits stay intact.

You may want to hear what he has to say before doing so, though.

Port Manuscript Theme also to WP - it would be an awesome WP Theme. ;)
