Is it possible to have more then one menu?

for example have one normal for guest, and then one for members?

You'd prolly just fix your permissions for each member group - 2nd menu I'm not sure about that??

You certainly can create an HTML box and add your own links in there. Then just check which group you want to be able to view the block.

if I set up a html box how would I direct the link to the center block? or choose an article I have in my article list?

When viewing the article page you can use the link in your address bar to create the link in your html block. If it's pointing to that article it will load the page in the Center exactly as an article works.
