Just wondering why out of 70 members of my forum only 1 flags up/causes an error in the error log?

8: Undefined index: TPortal

I have reset all and not had the option to choose theme turned on... and it is only one member that has error... i have checked his profile and everything looks ok there... i have just emptied out a page and a half of errors

That would be my thought - maybe this one user has some malware infecting his browser or a virus in his OS?

I can't remember when Bloc fixed the TPortal error. Have you updated the 0.86 files for TP?

End of the all, I think his source files has been changed by a "old" SMF mod and with what it show I thinl that's a error from template file (may be is not empty after unistall/install a SMF mods)
