Title: Buttons showing up when viewing a category

SMF version: 2.1.4
TP version: 3.0
Default Forum Language: English
Theme name and version: Default Curve 2
Browser Name and Version: Several
Mods installed: TP 3.0, Custom Form 4.0.6, SMFPacks Multimedia Gallery 2.0.4 SMFPacks Downloads Dir

When I view a category, any category, two buttons show up that I can't get rid of.  Example created new category

newcatunwatedbuttons.png New Test Category (https://tp3.usscalemasters.net/forumsmf2/index.php?cat=newtestcat)

and they even show up there? I'm a little confused. I know they are a carry over from the old site, but not sure how.

current production site (https://www.usscalemasters.org/forumsmf2/index.php?cat=5).  Same two categories are pointed to by the buttons. I have looked at all the setting I can turned off panels, etc... Need more coffee!!!
