This is the message I get when I try to browse as a guest, unregistered user.
An Error Has Occurred!
This article is not available. You may not have permission to see the article, it isn't active, hasn't been approved yet, or simply does not exist.

EDIT: I created a new category and added the new article to that category without allowing guests permission. THis is fixed and can be deleted. SORRY!!!!
