Hi I added a forum "SHSHL" to Display forum-posts on frontpage from..... in the TP front page settings. I made a post in that forum, (the newest post) and it's not showing. I also tried "Promote to front page" from the post itself and that doesn't work. I did a perform forum maintenance routine emptying the cache, and did a shift +f5 as well. The post doesn't show. I just recently upgraded from 1.5.0
This is the post

Exactly what setting are you using for your frontpage for 'What to display on frontpage?
Secondly: did this work before in 1.5.0?

Yes, everything worked, I could declare any forum to post topics to the front page.
It looks like it's only taking the first 3 posts from one forum. "General Youth Hockey Info". It's not accepting anything new or promoted from other forums selected.
Well actually, you have set it to only show 3 posts...
I am not sure what the normal sequencing is. I believe newest first
I noticed the post is actually in a child board of the one you mentioned?

Try selecting the sub-forum and see if it then shows up... and BTW I am not sure the scope extends to child boards when you select the main board...

Yup, you are absolutely correct. My mistake. This topic can be deleted.
