I have in the frontpage my forum, the problem is:
how remove the nav tab "FORUM" or disable the action=forum for not displayed twice?
I just want show the forum on time (in the frontpage) and disable "action=forum" or "nav tab Forum"

If I understand your question correctly you are saying that you want to turn off the 'Front Page' and use only the Forum' page as your Home Page?
If that is the case then try this:
Go to... TinyPortal(admin)>Frontpage>What to display on frontpage:>then select " Go directly to forum index" and then Save.
See if that gives you what you are going for.
I think he's saying he want to remove the redundant button. There are 2 buttons... 'Inicio' and 'Forum' that lead to the index.
However, it looks like you have some widget installed in the footer of your page that is hiding the copyright credits. That will have to corrected before we can help you.

That's not really the way to display the copyrights.
Your SMF forum is coded/designed to show the copyrights at the bottom of each page and they should remain so. Whatever has changed that is causing the copyrights to not be visible should be corrected.

For some people around here it won't be. For others they might be fine with it. I think the majority of the TP team has decided they don't want to really help people who aren't giving the credit in the footer. Helps get the word out about what software you are using if other people are interested. For me personally, I used to be pretty strict on it being properly displayed. But I've come to not expect it so much. Most people don't really mess with it.
Do you have the option turned on in TP to go directly to the forum?
