I have searched and found some threads which were quite old, where people were asking to remove the ability to collapse certain panels. The workaround advised at the time entailed the commenting out of lines of code in the php source file.
There was talk of maybe getting it implemented as a permission or setting. Did this ever happen?
NM! I finally found it. It's only taken me two hours...
Glad you found it Inge Jones. O0 For anyone else finding this topic, go to your TP Admin General Settings (YourSite-dot-com/index.php?action=tpadmin;sa=settings) and look for "Allow the panels to be collapsed?".
