Related Error messages: Table 'russiandb01.russian_tp_settings' doesn't exist

Good Morning all.
I just completed the installation of tinyportal on my forum, but I have an error with the DataBase's update.
Table 'russiandb01.russian_tp_settings' doesn't exist

can anyone help me??

Is this a new install? Is it an upgrade? Can you not install this with the package manager?
