What are you settings for the shoutbox block, as well as the panel settings and the frontpage settings?

To get the admin link back you need to edit the Subs.php file as indicated in the install instructions if you click the parse button at SMF on the mod page.

If an image is missing, look at the location of the image, verify if it's on your server. If not, put the file on your server. It's pretty simple.

If the file shows as missing and you say the file is on the server, there's not much we can do for you from this side. You have to look into why they are not displaying if they are indeed on your server. See if you can hit them by typing the URL into your browser. If you can't, then they are either in the wrong place on your server, or they are corrupted or something.
