Title: Comment box in Articles not showing with Internet explorer

When creating articles, I tick the option "allow comment" and it works fine. I open my site with Chrome and have tried it but when same article (same link) is opened with Internet Explorer; it shows comment is disable in this article, and no comment box appears.

Please suggest how to fix it.

It must be the theme you are using or something. Did you try the default curve theme?

What version of IE are you using? Here at my work I've tested it with IE8 and it's working just fine.
