Title: Need help, error instalation in fresh SMF 2.0 RC5

I just fresh install SMF 2.0 RC5, and instal tinyportal failed.
Everything successful during file test, after pressing Install Now button,
it returns white page with text "table could not be updated"

Here is the detail and error Log.

Hi, and welcome to TP support. 

We have had some problems installing TP in the latest version of wamp, and xampp for some reason.  Using an earlier version of those softwares allowed us to install without problem.

It will for example install fine in this older version of xampp 1.7.3 which you can find here,  http://www.rosoftdownload.com/version/windows/xampp-1-7-3/

I'm hoping IchBin will have a fix for this soon.

This should be fixed when I'm able to release the next package with an updated install script. I'm currently working on it.
