Europe: Some ISP have DNS problems with tinyportal.co.uk

Is a topic made by me, read the first topic too, I was have problems with 2 different ISP in the last days: server not found!
After I call my ISP(home) they solve the problem, so tomorrow at work I must call again the other ISP.
After 2 hours of work my ISP engineers solve the problem and tell me was a major dns problem who they think affect more ISP from my country: Romania.

I hope to be an helpfully information.

Thanks for the info. We have been having similar problems connecting to TinyPortal in the USA.

Now I'm at work, that ISP solve the problem, but after 8 hours my home ISP encourage the same DNS issue only for website tinyportal.co.uk, so this morning my home ISP can't access tinyportal.co.uk: server not found.

I called today my home ISP again and they told me that:
Your site is hosted on a server who change the firewall rules very often, so they solve yesterday my problem and today solve my problem with access tinyportal.co.uk but they told me is possible in few hours the website (server who host the site) to change again the firewall rules.
So in conclusion they told me that the server have bad firewall settings(very aggressive firewall).
I hope to be solved that problems....and I hope to be helpfully information !
