I'm trying to install TP on a fresh SMF2.0RC5 install but when I install all I get is; Table 'smf.smf_tp_settings' doesn't exist

I'm using XAMPP so there's no link.

I've used search, but I can't for the love of god understand what to do.

Help is appreciated please.

I'm running the same setup without problem.  Maybe try installing it again and see what happens.

And what version of XAMPP are you using?  I'm still using XAMPP 1.7.3  I believe there's a problem installing TP on the latest version of XAMPP.

I was using the newest one; 1.7.4. I've just uninstalled it and installed 1.7.3 and it's worked.

I think we need to get IchBin to have a look at this problem.  Your the second person I know that's had this issue. ;)

Hmm... I'm not sure what the cause is. But it would seem that when running tp_upgrade.php file it says "database not selected". Has anyone tried to run this on other versions of SMF2.x? It's been so long since I've looked at this file, I wonder if it hasn't worked when ran manually for a while. I don't know what changed in the latest XAMPP to affect this atm though.
