I really like that calender that you have on the left in the portal and in the introduction.
How do I get that one in my TP blocks ?
I have TP version: v1.0 Release Candidate 1
SMF 1.1.13

I took SSI function - todays calender

but then I only see "valentine" in text.

Not sure what version of SMF you're using as you didn't say, but if it's SMF2

You could try this one, http://www.tinyportal.net/index.php?topic=32717.msg262975#msg262975

enitram,

Yeah, when posting a new Support Topic, it's best to include all the information you can in your first post so that we don't have to try to guess.  It save time and helps us to help you easier and quicker.  If you haven't already done so, you should Please read the Posting Guidelines (http://www.tinyportal.net/index.php?topic=581).  In there, you will see a template of the most common things that we need to know in order to help you.  The template is shown at the top of every posting page as well.  Here's a recap ...

Anyway, the link to the post that Lurkalot mentioned contains the code for use with SMF 2.0.  For 1.1.13, try the code at the post linked here instead --> http://www.tinyportal.net/index.php?topic=28911.msg230885#msg230885

I'm very sorry. (https://www.tinyportal.net/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Fi638.photobucket.com%2Falbums%2Fuu109%2FMartine_M%2FSmilies%2F782989.gif&hash=feab27753c7ef6a9d7a67a9b48867dbb5f2856a4) (http://www.postsmile.com/)

I filled out the template and posted it in the first post, I copy and paste it in  notepad so I always have it directly in future.

The code has to go in a php block I presume ?

Yeah, no worries, and it looks good on your site, though I'm not sure about that lime green color of "Today" with that dark theme but, to each his own.  I think that in this version, the highlight colors can be changed, if you feel it's necessary.  Anyway, I'm glad it's working for you and we will mark this topic solved. Thanks for telling, now I see that when I log out and push forum I can see the left TP pannel.

That wasn't the intention, but I think I can't change it.
I have to allow guest to browse the forum to let them see the text on the portal.

I did unmark at all the TP blocks the guest though.
well as long they can't get into members profiles it is not so bad.
