In this mode it is impossible to achieve display of articles and messages from a forum in a chronological order. In the beginning all articles are deduced, and then all chosen themes of a forum are deduced. If I mark a theme created today, it should win first place, having risen ahead of articles placed yesterday. I am right?

But new topic of forum is displaed only on 9 page of news line after showing all old articles...
Have you tried canging the sort by date to 'Descending'?
Looking at your site, I don't see the issue... I am seeing an article dated 'Today' at the top of page 1. Followed by Dec. 5, Nov. 29, etc...
Is this not what you want?

But if i am send new forum topic (http://www.paraplanoff.net/paragovorilka/new_test_topic/) and promote it to frontpage, it showing onli on 9 page (http://www.paraplanoff.net/index.php?frontpage;p=56)! after the ALL articles. Is this right?
I just did a test, and mine shows the new promoted topic first. Anyone else test this?

Whether there are at you articles displayed on the main page for test? Or only forum topics?
in my site forum topics is not displayed first :(
Mine orders them same as saks. Ascending or descending has no effect on the position of the forum posts, most of the articles show first, then some forum posts and a few more articles.
Edit: tested with SMF2 RC3, TP1 RC1.
I have 3 forum posts and 1 article. The first item shown is a forum post, the second is an article and the 3rd and 4th items are forum posts. If I add another forum post, it goes to the top. I'm on TP1rc1 and SMF2RC3 as well.
Changing the ascending/descending option is only for articles I believe.
You need more articles.
Is there a set number that this happens at? On my test site, I've just added 2 articles and 2 topics without problems. I'll keep adding more in a minute and see if it happens.
I'll do some more testing, maybe later today.
Just did some testing on rc4, and when I changed the setting for what is shown on the front page, some forum topics got moved back, and stayed there even when I changed the settings back again. I found this when I had about 4 each of articles and forum posts.
The article system rounds off seconds. The forum does not. So a forum post might have been created at 03:41:06 PM, and an article at 03:41:38 PM. So you expect the article on top. But, no, the article gets posted at 03:41:00 PM and ordered as such.

Thats because you can set a date for the article - unlike a forum post. It didn't seem necessary to add seconds too. In effect: getting *exact* order of articles/forum based on time is never going to work 100% accurate unless seconds choice is also added to article adding/editing page.

Ok, the other two parts are still true. When you have some articles and posts, and some articles are 'promoted to fronpage' then with 'Selected topics + articles' everything is in correct order by date. Then change to 'Forum-posts and articles - sorted on date' and the most recent forum post is on top, with the rest of the forum posts buried on the last page that has anything on it. Followed by some blank pages. Then change back to 'Selected topics + articles' and the only difference is any posts that are not promoted disappear.
