I am running TP RC1 on smf 2 rc4, it's a test board on localhost, so it's all just installed and no mods, and I am having a theme bug, with the curve default smf theme, that's funny.
look at picture, how can I solve it, I need to learn one more time smf code, it's so strange :)
I see that on this board the problem is solved, curve works fine

I didn't wrote it just becouse it's a test board so smf 2 rc4 and tp rc1, everything as default.

Yes, some styles of frames dont' work yet perfectly with RC4 as with RC3. Some minor fixes are needed.
I had posted a change for TP 1.0 RC1 to be installed in SMF 2.0 RC4 (http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?topic=27642.msg2837880#msg2837880) but I also pointed that it's not yet approved.
Yes, the changes will be fixed in the update for TP+SMF2RC4. There's more work than I anticipated so it will take me a bit to get the fixes and updates needed.
