Im running the newest TP/SMF on default curve them.

The last thing I did was create a rss block and added the affiliates link and now my site wont load. So I ran the upgrade and site back up. So I installed TP again and site wont load.  So it has to do with my last settings. What file can I go in and delete my last tp setting on the rss block before re-install?

Don't know why your site wont load at all.  ??? 

But you can add noblocks to the end of the your site address, this should let you get back on to your site, and then you can turn off the offending block in admin. 

Example:  http://www.yoursite.com/index.php?action=admin;noblocks;
