I refreshed it my tinyportal ( TinyPortal v0.9.8 on TinyPortal 1.0 RC1). The characters of the articles went wrong.
Where can I repair it?

You have to do database queries to fix those characters.
update [table_name] set [field_name] = replace([field_name],'[string_to_find]','[string_to_replace]');

You run the query in something like phpMyAdmin.
My Tp bad Latvian, the 1.0 RC1 setup version, I deleted it. I then installed Tp v0.9.8 version. My the tinyportal right and left blocks do not appear since then.

You can always restore to a backup if you have made one. I'm not sure I understand what you're asking.

What about on the default theme? TP 0.9.8 required theme edits for the columns to show. Does your custom theme have those edits?

Sorry Tamasir, but I do not understand what you are saying. This topic has went from problems to install the latest version of TP, to a theme problem. At this point I have no idea what versions you are running, what theme you are using, and if those things are even compatible with each other.
I had problem switching back to TP 0.9.8 without backup when a friend installed 1.05.2.
I tested with 1.1 and you are right about articles. It was only with titles in 1.05.2. These problems were fixed for SMF 2.0 RC3, I unfortunately see that still exist for 1.11.
I thought you recently had TP 1.05.2 in your main site not TP 0.9.8 or maybe I was wrong?
