On the frontpage of this website there is an article that is indented and has a white background. Can you please tell us how you used TP to create that article?
All it is, is an HTML article with HTML code in it. You can make whatever kind of layout/look you want with HTML and then just slap it into the article. Here's what the code looks like:
<div align="center">
<table border="0" cellpadding="0" style="border-collapse: collapse" width="80%" bgcolor="#FFFFFF">
<tr>
<td><b>First off; let me welcome you to the New Tinyportal Support
site, and I hope you enjoy your visits here with us.</b><p> </td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>We as a team have brought this site together to help keep the
support going for Tinyportal. We have tried to bring as many posts
from the old site across to this site as we can, although there may
be a few missing.
<p>We are working on getting it all right for you our members, new
and old. So please bear with us for a while until we sort it all
out!<br>
</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td> <p>Don't forget you can still get themes and support for all of
Bloc's themes from <b>
<a title="Blocweb" href="http://www.blocweb.net/index.php">Blocweb</a></b>
, </p>
<div align="center">
<table border="0" cellpadding="0" style="border-collapse: collapse" width="80%" bgcolor="#FFFFFF">
<tr>
<td bgcolor="#CCCCCC">"Looking for a new theme for your
SMF forum? On this site you will find most of my
released free themes, and quite a few premium ones as
well. You will also find some information about projects
I have been involved in, as well as current ones, both
official and for own use. "</td>
</tr>
</table>
</div>
<hr>
<p>For support on Crips (Jeff as he is known to us) themes take a
look at Cripzone themes <b>
<a href="http://www.jpr62.com/theme/index.php">Here</a></b></td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td><hr>
<p>You can still download the TinyPortal at the smf modsite</p>
<ul>
<li>TinyPortal at SMF modsite:

</li>
</ul>
</td>
</tr>
</table>
</div>
Thanks for the reply.
Could I do the same thing in bbc? Since I am using aeva media, a bbc article will embed the video player, while the html does not embed the video player.
If you look at the BBC codes that SMF has available you will see that you can create tables and stuff.

There's shouldn't be any reason you shouldn't be able to get something that is very similar. Although, BBC is certainly not as customizable as HTML.
