Hi,

I have just upgraded fro Beta 5-1 to 5-2 and I still see "TinyPortal 1.0 beta 5-1" written at the footer, although I saw a window after installation saying it installed correctly. Also I still have utf-8 problems at the shoutbox: Although collation is correctly set to utf-8 at the DB tables. For instance, I still get "acentuação" when I type "acentua��o".

What's wrong?

Also, have utf-8 problems in the Downloads module been addressed? I was once told at the old forum that it was also an issue to be addressed in Beta 5-2...
