Title: childish complaint
Post by: superQ on March 10, 2006, 03:58:37 PM
When creating a child board, rather than have it the way it is[ linear and underlined seperated by a semi colin] I would rather see the option for vertical childboards with bullets. It would be easier to find and lead to less confusion.

Something in the setup[add board] phase where it asks you how you would like it to look. As it is now it looks like a lot of little text and you don't know what to do if you don't put your cursor over it.First time visitors would find it easier I think, they would eventually get the idea though

Afterwriting this I realized it is probably an SMF issue. I will leave it here anyway since i don't know that a theme or a little coding :'( could not handle it. ;)

Building child boards like that is quite possible in the theme...but one of the main reasons to make it horizontal is of course space. It will make the forum page even longer. :)
