Title: [bugtracker] windowbg2 incorrecly set in tp_getblockstyles()

In tp_getblockstyles() in Sources/TBSubs.php an array of 4 elements is returned for titlebg+windowbg, catbg+windowbg, titlebg+windowbg2 and catbg+windowbg2.

In the last element (catbg+windowbg2) the class for 'code_top' is set as windowbg instead of windowbg2.
