Going to the link index.php?action=tpmod;shout=save, an error message of some kind should come up; no shout entered?. it throws an error.

This doesn't happen on either of my SMF1.1.x or SMF2 install. Are you sure your install is complete?

It does happen..but only in the error logs. I have added a redirect if anyone tries directly that link - that is, without any POST values present.
