Title: Weird Theme Bug
Post by: Sman1400 on April 24, 2010, 06:44:30 AM
After I install tinyportal my theme messes up. The home/frontpage looks fine and is working good, but when I turn to the forum index its all messed up:

Heres what it looks like:

Heres what I want it to look like:

I basically just want to use tiny portal as a front page, but its screwing up my forum look, i turned off all blocks from anywhere but the frontpage but its still looking like this, the statistics are supposed to be at the bottom

I think it might? have to do with the fact that my theme is based off core and not default, but then again maybe not

Removing the    TPortal_init(); line on index.php sets it back to normal (but obviously tp isnt being initialized then)

go to  tiny pportal admin -> panels
scroll down to front panel

select Display the blocks Vertically(default)

that i think should fix it

from what i'm seeing you have "display the blocks according to grid" selected

I checked and Display the blocks Vertically(default) is selected already

You can see if it's a theme issue by looking at the core theme. Does it do it in that theme as well?

Hmm both core and default appear fine, it must be the theme then,

any ideas of what would cause this in a theme?

Not without being able to debug it with firebug or something.
