Title: [bugtracker] ability to hide / show panels by access lvl

i'd lkike to see the ability to add access levels to access the toggl panel buttons . this would give thay function a lot more use.. ie: hide/show certian panels woith extra content.. or ability to hide panels if say theres something in there for lower member sgroups (eg: adverts)

so  to me i think panels should be able to be made viewable / hidden by access lvl and the toggle panel button should be made the same.. selectable for each member group

Yes, if you look at the actual bug report (http://www.tinyportal.net/index.php?action=bugtracker;sa=bug572), he put this in as a feature request. ;)
