Help please! My forum and portal in coding UTF8. I have updated a forum from version 1.1.11 to version 2RC3 and a portal to version 1,5-1. Now I cannot place article or change the old. At preservation the text there are only first symbols. Has tried install a portal on a test server with support UTF8 and the result turns out the same - I can not place russian article and Russian names of the kept blocks are incorrectly displayed.
